James Mann became involved with Point in 2011 when he and a group of friends hosted a fundraiser known as Wig Night Out. The lighthearted event, which asked participants to wear a wig and donate money, was a huge success. Since then Wig Night Out has been held in multiple cities across the country and has raised over $20,000 for Point Foundation.
James is a lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he provides information technology consultation to the Department of Veterans Affairs. He works on a myriad of issues including improving the delivery of veterans’ healthcare and benefits.
James graduated from Virginia Tech in 2001 with a B.S. in management science and information technology. He has called Washington, D.C. home for over a decade.
