Regional Leadership Forum (RLF)
Regional Leadership Forums (RLFs) are one-day gatherings that bring scholars, alumni, board directors, trustees, mentors and staff together in varied programs of learning and community building.
As a required program component of the Point Foundation scholarship, scholars attend the RLF that is near their geographic area of study, or in some cases, the location nearest their mentors. Each RLF is planned by a committee of Trustees in the host city, with coordination by Point Program staff. Board members are invited to attend in their home cities, as well as in any other city which may be convenient to them, or already included in travel plans.
2014 RLF Schedule:
|| February 8
||Wells Fargo & Steppenwolf Theater
| Los Angeles
||Williams Institute at UCLA
||NYU Pless Building Lobby
||Integrative Family Law
||Offices of Hanson Bridgett LLP
Each fall, scholars, alumni, mentors, board members and staff receive an invitation via email to their nearest RLF. Please contact Conference & Program Manager Chris Garcia at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 323-933-1234, ext. 233 if you have any questions.
"Attending the Regional Leadership Forum was a refreshing reminder that there is a sense of community within the Point family, and everyone is connected through their undeniable commitment, passion, and dedication to building future leaders.”
