Event Recap
The Valedictorian Society is a group of young professionals who, through their support, are helping Point foster a personal culture of philanthropy among emerging LGBTQ leaders. At the event, Point Alumni Lilia Espinoza and Point Trustee and Alum Diego Arango spoke to Point’s mission and how it shaped their collegiate experiences; they both spoke about the support that Point provided during and after college, referring to the scholars, alumni, staff, and volunteers as "family." Guests met and mingled with Point Alumni and Scholars from the New York area and enjoyed cocktails, delicious hors d'oeuvres and absolutely stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. Many thanks to Johann for graciously hosting and to our host committee for all of their hard work in planning.
