Meet Our Scholars

Alexia Korberg is an attorney practicing and living in New York City. Alexia was one of the lawyers who represented Edie Windsor in her successful challenge to the Defense of Marriage Act. In addition to her work on the Windsor case, Alexia has done direct representation of, and advocacy for, LGBTQ Iraqi refugees. Alexia has a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A. in history from Columbia University, from which she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with departmental honors. Photo Credit: Donna Aceto
