Dr. Andrea Knittel is a faculty member in General Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. She received her MD and PhD from the University of Michigan, with support from the Point Foundation, and completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Knittel's clinical and research work focus on the reproductive health disparities facing people with incarceration experience.
