Felix Giglio is a 23 year-old transmasculine person currently working their way through a Nursing degree in New Mexico. As a trans person, Felix understands the necessity of culturally humble and respectful healthcare professionals, especially for the LGBTQ community. They recognize the health disparities that queer people experience and firmly believe in a diverse healthcare field where all people are represented. They aspire to build connections between vulnerable communities and health services through low-barrier services focused on empathy and compassion. When not in school, Felix works for a LGBTQ group home for unhoused young people, walks their dog, and (attempts to) make sourdough bread.
