Kay Trent and is a psychology and project management major at Austin Community College. After graduating in the Spring of 2023, they plan to transfer to the University of Texas at Austin to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Queer and African-American Studies. Kay is a first-generation student from Lake Charles, Louisiana. Education is near and dear to their heart because it wasn’t always something that was easily accessible to their family. When she is not engaged in studies or extra-curricular activities, she enjoys being in the water on Lake Travis, Texas cooking, reading, playing basketball, painting, and being out in nature.
