Lily Ngo is an ambitious person. As a seventh grader, she knew she wanted to achieve a lot of things, and from that point on dedicated a significant amount of time to making those dreams a reality. She became the secretary and then vice president of the National Junior Honor Society in middle school and engaged in more than 60 hours of community service during her time in the club. This ranged from volunteering at the local soup kitchen on multiple occasions to going to beaches to clean up trash.

In high school, she immediately joined the National Honor Society as soon as she could. In her junior year, she became the secretary, and in her senior year, she was the president of the National Honor Society chapter at her school. She graduated with honors from the community college from which she also got her associate degree at the same time she got a high school diploma. Through a psychology degree, she aims to support Asian and LGBTQ communities with therapy and counseling as someone who understands shared experiences in those communities. Lily Ngo is ambitious, but she won’t forget the communities that helped develop who she is.
