Luis Paulino is a graduate student at Harvard University's Graduate School of Education pursuing a Master's Degree in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship. With the skills and knowledge from Harvard, he will develop an organizational model that will bridge future BIPOC leaders with resources to guide them in achieving their fullest potential. Previously, Luis was the volunteer engagement coordinator at City University of New York Citizenship Now!, where he oversaw an active network of volunteers, including program functions, logistics, and activities supporting the organization's citizenship application assistance events. He was also the volunteer and training coordinator with Citizenship Now! 's national initiative, where he ensured the transfer of systems, policies, and procedures to new offices in Arizona, Colorado, and Nevada in areas with a scarcity of free legal assistance, and the Ventanilla in The Consulate of Mexico in New York City. Luis has also served as the legal assistant at the CUNY Citizenship Now's centers throughout the five boroughs. He graduated among the top five students of his class, receiving a standing ovation from former First Lady Michelle Obama during the City College of New York (CCNY) 's commencement, with a bachelor's in political science and theater.
