Victor grew up in Wichita, Kansas. They were an active Boy Scout for nine years and were an avid speller. During their teenage years, they became a member of the ICT Cheer Legacy all-star competitive cheerleading group and remained on the team for three years.

After being admitted to Langston University for the fall 2020 term, they maintained leadership roles in several organizations starting with the Public Health Student Association. While serving as the chapter treasurer of the PHSA, Victor learned how to finance an organization and keep members financially informed.

During their second year at the university, Victor began their position as vice president of the PHSA and Pi Gamma Mu, the International Honor Society in Social Sciences. The summer after Victor completed their junior year at LU, Victor was selected as an 1890 land-grant scholar, a scholarship awarded to students who maintain exemplary leadership positions, a solid GPA, and embody school pride.

As a senior, Victor upholds their office as both the president of the Active Minds Organization and the psychology club, organizations dedicated to spreading awareness and resources about suicide prevention. Victor is ecstatic to be entering graduate school in the fall of 2023.
