State Rep. David Richardson has served as legislator in the Florida House of Representatives since 2012 and is Florida's first openly gay legislator. We are pleased to be awarding him with the first ever Miami Minerva Award for his leadership among and commitment to the Miami area LGBTQ community and Point Foundation's scholars and mission.
